I just read an article about how the fungus that caused all the fuss with contact lenses a few years back formed what was called a "biofilm." A biofilm is a "constellation" of germs that is resistant to things like contact lens cleaners.
I was wondering if this sort of thing is a problem with daily disposable contact lenses like Proclear 1 Day. |
