PureVision Multi-Focal and Air Conditioning

As I type this question, it's mid-July here in the Midwestern United States, and it's hot. With heat comes air conditioning, and with air conditioning comes dry eyes, especially for those wearing contact lenses.

How do your PureVision Multi-Focal contacts hold up to being exposed to air conditioned air?

I'll be on a plane tomorrow with them, as a new user, i'm sure i'll be using eye drops

Hi Lucyfur,

I just came home a few hours ago and checking my mail.

I found a cleaning solution after personal research and i'm now using AMO's Clear Care system and Aquify drops; the lenses needed a drop or two every hour because my eyes were more tired vs dry, these lenses for me were very comfortable.

For the 4~5 days of continuous wear i would say, for me the Pure Vision Multifocals with Aquify, Clear Care system and probably some saline solution for the odd rinsing is the combination i'll be using for now.
