In the last week I have torn 2 contacts both in the right eye...the tears are not very big but you cannot use them once they are in that condition. I have started to lubricate my eyes more during the day and I have added more fluid to my contact case at night where it is just about overflowing. Also, I am trying very hard to not get them inside out so you do put wear and tear on them.

Again, how did you tear them? Flipping them inside out and back does not hurt them, so that shouldn't make them tear. Did they tear being on your eyes? Or did they tear due to you handling them? I am not sure how adding more fluid to the contact lens case prevents your issue.
