Did you ever take a pair of contact lenses out of the package and checked them carefully to make sure there was no damage, then put them in and you still couldn't see? It was almost as if you'd gotten "blank" contacts?

Oh, this didn't actually happen to me, and as far as I know it hasn't happened to anyone. I would imagine all contact lenses begin as "blanks" which they then shape to the specified prescription. I was just wondering if any of those "blanks" get sent out accidentally.
