PureVision Recall?

I read something by a guy who said that he got a pair of PreVision contact lenses, and right after they they were recalled.

I remember a recall a short time ago involving contact lens solution but I don't remember hearing about a recall on the PureVision contact lenses themselves.

I didn't hear anything about any recall about solution or contacts. This is scary if it is true.

I did a Google search for "PureVision Recall" and didn't find anything relevant. Most of the time the word "recall" was in the context of "as I recall." There was some mention of the contact lens cleaning solution, but nothing about the lenses themselves being recalled.

That is good to know, I feel a lot better about it now. I will do some research on the solution and whatever I find out, I'll post back. I don't like the idea of something bad for the contacts out there.
