That would be nice, wouldn't it?

I've never heard of BioTrue One Day, but it looks like Lens 101 has added a category for them. How long have they been out?
Great question. I hope it gets a good response.
Great question. I hope it gets a good response.
Yes, some pictures would help. I think you have enough posts to add a picture.
What is the website you're trying to order from?
That's quite a story there. Has anything new developed with you and your vision issues?
What happens if your lenses have been in the enzyme solution for 12 hours, but you're still not ready to wear them yet for whatever reason? Do you just store then in regular saline after that?
That's good to know. Thanks.
Your father sounds like a neat guy.
Are you sure? I thought it meant "beautiful Italy".
That's true. Guys can't afford to be too colorful.
Is that a picture of the Italian countryside?
"Bella Italia" means "beautiful Italy." "Molta bene" means "very good" for all you David Tennant fans out there.
I like your theory, Goldar.
I'm a little guy, but I still think these glasses look pretty cool.
I think it stands for Big Mens Eyewear Club." There doesn't seem to be a "bmec.com" website to be sure.
I suppose it's good to have a theme.
Well, maybe something like FreshLook ColorBlends does come in your prescription. It couldn't hurt to ask. Get a brand name and then check to see if Lens.com has them.
These aren't fancy Brazilian contact lenses, but they're pretty green. What do you think?

They're Expressions Colors from Coopervision. They're...
Okay, it's time to go back to the OP once again: "I'm asking which solution you like for Acuvue Oasys - Aquify or Replenish?"
Sure, why not? I think Jurassicmark had a good idea.
Actually, I searched Google for a "barrel case" and this was a typical result:
Yeah, I like the idea of a happy redraidermommy.
So did you find any ClearSight 1 Day lenses to fit, whitenk? What's going on with you these days?
Dude, that mom looks hot in her sunglasses.
Thank you for your reply, Curlupndye. You're probably right that a contact lens veteran can just pop their lenses in and out no big deal.
A lack of salt? I never heard anything about salt preventing your contact lenses from sticking to your eyes. Tell me more, AA2.
It makes sense. What do they call the solution you rinse your...
Perhaps you should try asking your eye doctor again. Things change pretty quickly in the world of contact lenses.
You've been very busy around here, haven't you, sylvia? That's great, keep it up. :)
It's true that different brands of contact lenses fit differently due to different materials. One brand might fit you best with an 8.4 base curve while another brand might only fit in an 8.6 BC.
I don't see how you could get contact lenses with the wrong base curve if you have a prescription from the doctor who examined and measured your eyes. I would think that someone who was having...
Wow. $450 a pair? Does insurance cover any of that? How long does a $450 pair of contact lenses last?
Those look pretty good from here, but I think a closer look would be more useful. What do you think, rogue81?
Here's what Lens.com says about those SoftColors:
CIBA VISION has discontinued the sale of CibaSoft SoftColors contact lenses. This was one of the oldest products manufactured by CIBA VISION. They...
So by pulling one's eyelids tight, one could dislodge a dust particle, but not a contact lens, right?
No kidding. Eye drops can effect your blood pressure? I didn't know that.
I wonder what kind of contact lenses are recommended for a six month stay on the International Space Station?
Good one, Bondjamesbond.
You know, the thing I really love about this forum is hearing from people in other countries. Now, if I remember correctly, our "My Country `tis of Thee" is sung to the...
Please keep us posted on how you're doing, and I hope you feel better soon.
It looks pretty bright to me . . .
That sounds like an interesting way to get projects started. It sure beats knocking on doors or standing on the street corner with a can.
I'd like to ask a rather general question that could potentially benefit lots of other people, would that be all right?
Here goes. Have you had a perplexing problem with your SGP II lenses that...
I just read about someone who was having trouble with their contact lenses. They just always felt dirty. (The contacts, not the customer. :D) So they decided to clean them with the All Powerful Clear...
Tell me about the eye doctor who prescribed your contact lenses? Is he or she helpful to you at your appointments? Do they take the time to answer your questions? If you think of something while...
These lenses last a long time, and so you have to have a good place to store these lenses when you're not wearing them. I don't know about you, but I would get very upset with myself if I had only...
How can you tell when you're coming to the end of your contact lenses' useful life? These can last for a year, and maybe you haven't kept track. Do the lenses themselves tell you when they're done?
Here' something new. While investigating the problem of lenses getting deposits on them, and someone suggested that carefully cleaning one's eyelids and the skin around the eyes is a good way to...
In your experience, what has been the best, most effective cleaner of Paraperm 02 contact lenses? Is Clear Care any good in this situation?
What? Oh, warpage. I thought you said "Paragon HDS 100 war page" and that sounded pretty cool. Oh well.
I haven't had this happen myself, but I'll ask in behalf of my Lens 101 brethren. Is there any reason why you might feel like you're OP-10 lenses still feel gritty and dirty even after you've cleaned...
With a contact lens with the name "Aqua" in the name, you'd think they wouldn't feel dry, but we all know that advertising can't always be trusted.
I found this on Askville.Amazon.com:
Q:...
You're wearing your contact lenses and everything is great. Then your eye doctor asks you to try Vertex Sphere and they feel even better. Has this happened to you?
Here's the scenario. You change from one brand of contact lenses to Biomedics EP. They're the same base curve, but they're not as comfortable. Has that happened to you? What happened next?
Have you had the experience of putting on a pair of Avaira contact lenses and they felt great for a little while, and then they felt tight? What did you do? Did you go for a refitting?
ClearSight 1 Day contacts come in a base curve of 8.7, and that's it. Obviously not everyone on the planet wears a base curve of 8.7. Is there any kind of leeway on this measurement, like wearing a...
Hi there. If you want to look at colored contact lenses, I can't think of a better place than Lens.com. (Cue the sound of angels singing.) They sponsor this forum and they have just about any brand...
Hi segeta. Thanks for contributing. Your post wasn't long at all. I probably read it a lot more quickly than you wrote it.
It sounds like Biofinity are not the lenses for you. Wow, that sounds...
Thank you for sharing your personal experience, KatKatKat. Experience is better than theory any day.
You'll have to scroll down quite a bit. Past the "Contact Lens Forum" section, below the "Eye Health" and "Eye Care Professionals" sections, identifiable as dark blue bands, beneath the "What's Going...
I'm glad you found this forum too, st2. You sure got a lot of responses. I look forward to reading about how you like the Multifocal lenses.
Love that Magic 8 Ball illustration. It makes your position on camping quite clear. :p
Quite right, Uhura. Lens 101 has everything you need.
How did you always make sure that your contact lenses were right-side out without an inversion mark?
In the words of an old Speedy Gonzales cartoon: "Oh no, senor. I would never do that."
Thank you for the step-by-step directions, Spookytooth.
I'd like to think that those ladies still look that good and they didn't have to resort to any kind of cosmetic procedures other than time in the makeup chair.
I'm a bit naive, aren't I?
That's a good question. Does anyone have a "nap ruling?"
It's been over six months since you asked, RawBob, and we're still awaiting the answer.
I suppose anyone who wears FreshEyes contacts can answer your questions.
They look blue/gray to me. I hope that dawngalloper feels the same way.
Hey, yeah. You're right. The sunglasses look like eyes!
I miss Catt too. She was fun to have around.
Hello there xoxo101. I'm really terrible at math, so how about if I give you the formula provided by Sir Robin earlier in this 100+ post thread and you plug in the numbers?
Here goes:
There...
Wow. It's not often that someone comments on another person's post, and then that person responds the same day. I hope that means you're checking Lens 101 frequently, acer821.
Have you gotten any...
Are you from outside the United States? I think in some European countries, "optician" can mean different things. I could be wrong, though.
Fascinating, deepagra.
How about answering Type40's question now?
Evidently, you haven't seen me then.
Sunglasses don't always make you good looking.
Oh, Deejayt, you're so wrong. You look really good in that last picture. I really like your green eye shadow, and p01son1vy was right, they really blend well with your natural eye color.
Hi sudeep. Welcome to Lens 101. Thank you for your report about sunglasses. I wonder why you put it in the Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism section, though?
Well, I'm sorry the Gemstone Green wasn't all you hoped it would be. I hope the Jade Green is more satisfying for you.
I searched Lens 101 and I couldn't find a picture of someone wearing Jade...
No kidding? Contact lenses without a prescription? Maybe you're a lot smarter than I am, but I wouldn't trust myself to get the right information without a prescription. I'd wind up buying the wrong...
I'm sure they appreciate your kudos, RawBob. :)
This thread makes me nervous because there's not much room for error. I'm not an eye doctor, but I still don't think it's a good idea for people to put something in their eyes that they mixed up...
Lack of moisture which then causes irritation, leading to the dilated blood vessels.
Yeah, especially in that outfit. That's not a uniform that would be approved by Major League Baseball.
If only we could get an answer. A computer can only do so much.
Ever notice how as these threads get longer, the stranger the juxtaposition of pictures becomes? In this thread I was scrolling down and saw Duff Man, Mister Spock and the Vatican.
They're heeeeeere!
I was just about to ask that, too, PrincePlanet. I hope things are getting better for Mark and the Mrs.
I guess so. I guess I was kind of hoping for a special "trick" you've developed of moving the lenses in your eyes or something.
Kind of like that trick with the cherry stem . . .
Yeah, inserting the logo into your post was a clever idea.
That's right, SpongeBob. Thank you.
Yeah, and wouldn't it be embarrassing to see an eye doctor if you have problems and then have to come clean when he or she asks you "Where did you get these contact lenses from, and how have you been...
Cross the border, ay? Would that be the Canadian border?
So many Maui Jim options! :)
Great picture, HVAC. The one thing that would make that picture ten times better would be if the wheels on the little bike were turning.
So have you gotten any useful input here, tmm99?
Yeah, so make sure you're wearing your X Games sunglasses when you're tiptoeing around in the dark.
Wow. If you can't trust Bausch and Lomb to tell you what multipurpose solution to use for Bausch and Lomb contacts lenses, who can you trust?
Other than knotlob, that is. :D
So what do you do while you're waiting for the lenses to settle?
