Do You Hold Both Eyelids When Inserting SofLens 38?

I've heard instructions for putting your contacts in by just pulling down the lower lid, while others tell you to move both lids. When you're putting in SofLens 38 contacts, do you move both your upper and lower eyelids out of the way, or just one?

I usually move my lower eyelid down, and look up so that my eye is open widely.

That's an interesting technique. When you look up it opens your eyes wider? I can't tell because when I pull my lower lid down I can't see myself!
