What do you think about wearing Soflens 66 Spheric as your first contact lenses just to get used to wearing and caring for them, before moving up to Soflens 66 Toric for your astigmatism? From what I was able to find out, the toric lenses are thicker and easier to handle. Has anyone tried this with success?
Oh, I almost forgot. If you're starting out with non-toric contacts, would it be smart to wear glasses with the contacts to help correct the astigmatism until you're ready for the torics? Is it easy to find a combination of contacts and glasses that will work together? |
