Default Sticky Eyes in the Morning
Did you ever fall asleep with SofLens One Day contacts in and when you woke up your eyes were almost glued shut with eye gunk?

I have a friend who had this happen. In her case, she was developing an eye infection.

Yeah, that is common of an infection, and doesn't have anything to do with any lenses. That's happened to me before I was wearing contacts and it was absolutely terrible. I forgot the scientific name for that illness.

I thought "eye gunk" was the scientific name.

Ya one day i have fallen asleep with soft lens and when i woke up, my eye was fully glued ...then i cant able to open my eye. Afterwards, i just applied some eye drops ... then i could slowly able to open my eyes....

So gunk eyes in the morning is a symptom of an infection?

Is "conjunctivitis" the "scientific name" you're trying to think of?
