While looking for sunglasses on line I found these sleek and blue Spy sunglasses here. The description said that they have the "Scoop Technology" that Spy sunglasses seem to be known for, but I've never heard of it. What is "Scoop Technology"?
And, um, that "Spy sunglasses" thing. That's just a name, right? You can't like, see through walls with them or anything, can you? |

To answer your question, no, I don't think Spy sunglasses will allow you to see through "stuff." |

I think Herbking is right. If there are any kind of sunglasses that will allow you to "see though stuff" I haven't heard seen anything credible to conform this.

Oh well. I guess we're stuck with just plain old sunglasses that block the sun.

That's probably a good thing. Just look at how much controversy airport security scanners are causing. Can you imagine the uproar over genuine "X-ray spex"?

On that "X-ray spex" package, how come he's not seeing her bones like in the picture at the top of this thread?
|
|

That's because it doesn't really work, I suspect.

Yeah, I think you're right, OzzieG. When you put on the X-ray Spex and "see through" someone's clothing, you're really seeing a double image, as in the picture above.

|
Very probably. X-ray spex will not allow you to set a broken leg or anything.

I can just see someone wearing those things and saying "trust me, I know what I'm doing."
